    The Role
    • Provide excellent customer service at the checkouts through effective and efficient use of cash register and proper bagging
    • Ensure high standard of housekeeping and maintain good personal hygiene to promote Company image
    • Be accountable for daily cash balances
    • Responsible for closing duties that includes EOD settlement; ensure that Credit Cards & NETS transactions are properly completed
    • Prepare docs for voucher / refund forms, reports, float verification and home delivery requests
    • Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned

About You
  • Customer Service and process oriented
  • Positive and willingness to learn
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work rotating shift
  • Able to work 6-day work week (including weekends and public holidays)
