Jean Bouchard is a
truly Burgundian house, owned and run by the Bichot
family, one of Burgundy's top negociants since 1831.

The winery works with

Today the estate is
owned by Domaine Albert-Bichot, a major player in
the Burgundy market with over 200 years winemaking experience. Domaine Albert-Bichot is now the No.1
buyer at the world famous Hospices de Beaune auction.
ABOUT THE WINE:
The nose is fresh and elegant with a typical Kimmeridgian nose featuring mineral aromas. The palate starts off with flavours of crisp, fresh fruit. Harmonious structure and a mineral finish.
