The fruit for our Sauvignon Blanc was harvested from lower Wairau vineyards including our flagship vineyard, 17 Valley. Good soil and canopy management, all the concentrated flavours in the grapes which you can taste now in the wine.

Tasting Notes: Grove Mill Sauvignon Blanc has a full fruity flavor of tropical fruits, freshly squeezed grapefruit, gooseberry, with passion fruit and citrus on the palate. A crisp, clean and dry taste. A smooth freshness, coupled with a bright acidity is typical of a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Light minerals and grassy notes on a well balanced, lingering finish.
