Yishi is inspired by hot cereal my mother made for me during my childhood in China, with ingredients lovingly chosen to provide wellness. After moving to the U.S ., I created Yishi to honor my mother's thoughtful approach to food and share my Asian heritage.

Suggested use

Not just oatmeal, Yishi is also great for baking!

Instructions: Hot Water: Combine 1/4 cup of hot water and 1/3 cup of oatmeal. Stir well and cover for 3-4 minutes.

Microwave (times may vary): Combine 1/4 cup of water and 1/3 cup of oatmeal in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 45-65 seconds. Stir well and let stand for 1-2 minutes.

Overnight Oats: Combine 1/4 cup of water or your favorite milk and 1/3 cup of oatmeal. Stir well and cover. Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Please adjust water for desired consistency.

Ingredients: Gluten-free oats, ground black sesame seeds, cane sugar, chopped walnuts, black soybean powder, flaxseed, chia seeds.
