How to use
Cook it like ground meat, it's made for any ground meat recipes Spiced, sauced, braised, grilled, stir-fried, steamed - you name it!
No Cholesterol, No Transfat, Source of Protein, Iron, Calcium. Primarily made from soy protein, sunflower oil, and coconut oil, with Heme. Heme is what makes meat taste like meat. It's an essential molecule found in every living plant and animal.
Perishable: Keep refrigerated or frozen. If frozen, thaw and keep unopened in refrigerator for up to 10 days
Cooking & Preparation
Unlike meat from cows, no need to rest after cooking. Impossible Beef made from plants is best served immediately. Fully cooked at an internal temperature of 160F (71C). Best when cooked medium-rare to medium and slightly browned. It cooks faster and yields up to 28% more product than 80/20 beef cooked at the same temperature
