Mini Quiche

  • 2 tortilla wraps
  • 30g ham
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 30g shredded mozzarella cheese
COOKING METHOD

Easy Steps for Children

  1. Dice ham into small cubes (use ‘blunt’ knife or parent can dice ham if child is very young)
  2. Half the tomatoes (parent can cut the tomatoes if child is very young)
  3. Lightly whish eggs.
  4. Using a round pastry cutter, cut out 6 small bases from the tortilla wraps.
  5. Press the bases into a muffin/cupcake bake tin.
  6. Fill base with ham and tomato
  7. Pour in eggs
  8. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

Steps for Parents

  1. Put unbaked quiche into 180°C pre-heated oven to bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Remove from oven, and when cool, child can help to remove mini quiche from the bake tin.
