Orange Chocolate Avocado Mousse

All Halloween treats are yummy, even the healthy ones! Add a touch of orange in your chocolate avocado mousse for a lighter, tangy flavour. It is also a great decoration when served in a jack-o’-lantern cup. Delight in the tanginess of this Halloween dessert!

INGREDIENTS
  • 90g Chocolate Chips (Melted)
  • 65g Cocoa Powder
  • 60ml Coconut Cream
  • 2 Ripe Avocado (Deskin & seed removed)
  • 90ml Maple Syrup
  • 50g Orange
  • 1tsp Vanilla Extract
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Garnish Orange Zest
  • 4 Orange Cups
COOKING METHOD
  1. Slice of the top of the oranges and scrap out the orange using a knive.
  2. Remove seeds and pith of orange, set aside.
  3. Mix maple syrup, coconut cream, melted chocolate chips, cocoa powder, orange, vanilla and salt in a food processor
  4. Add avocado to the processor
  5. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy
  6. Fill the orange cups with chocolate mousse and top with orange zest
