You may change your delivery address by clicking on My Account at the top where you will have the option of updating which you can update your account information. You will need to be logged in to access this function. Please log in .

  3. Select the products that you want, click on and 'Add item to Cart'. You may adjust the quantity before click button 'Add to Cart' or upon checkout.
  4. After selecting all items, go to the shopping basket on your top right corner and click 'Checkout'
  5. Once you have checked the items and amount are correct, click 'Next'
  6. Select your Delivery Address, Delivery Date & Time, and Mode of Payment, then click 'Next' to review on your shopping list
  7. On next page, click 'PLACE ORDER' and you are done!
  8. You will receive an order confirmation shortly via your registered email.
  9. You can also check your Order History to ensure that your order has been processed.

My Shopping List is a collection of all the items you have bought in the past and is a quick and easy way to fill your cart with your favourite products. With a few clicks, you can create your own shopping list for easy future purchases.

1. Every time you make a purchase, the items will automatically be added to your order history list. You can also add or delete your current list by clicking the add/delete button on each product page. The maximum you can go will be up to 5 Personalised Shopping Lists!

2. You may add to "Shopping" and visit us to make your purchases for the subsequent visit.

To shop from ‘My Shopping List’, simply go to the checked box icon on the left side of the page and selected your listings. It’s easy, just click, click and you are done!
Adding an item in your cart?
Products added to your Cart will be available from any compatible web browser or the Cold Storage CS Online mobile app.
Available inventory will only be assigned to your order after you click Proceed checkout and initiate the checkout process. Your items will then be reserved for 30 minutes till you make your payment.
Yes, definitely. If your order has more than 10 pieces of a single product, please send an email to after you have place an order of the products and quantity that you have ordered. Please allow us least five working to process your orders.
If you would like to make changes to your order, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery timing. We will do our best to accommodate your request(s).

Please note that if there is no prior consent from the customer for a substitution, no substitution shall be made. Please note also that the “Substitute Only” option allows Cold Storage full discretion in helping the Customer to substitute products that are unavailable without informing the Customer

Cold Storage reserves the right to charge the customer a cancellation fee up to the cost of items ordered in the event that we are only notified after your items have been picked and are ready for delivery.

There are a number of ways you can find products:
  1. By Categories – The Main Product Categories will be on the CS online page. Click on to your selected Categories to browse through the Sub-category page.
  2. Product Search Simply type the product you are looking for and click Go!
  3. My Shopping List – After your first order, you may find your Shopping List on the left hand side banner. Just click the shopping list and Add to Cart button to buy these products. If you need to +/- your products, you may adjust it accordingly within the selected Shopping List.
  1. Click my cart and you will see a list of items that you have picked.
  2. You may change the quantity of items at this time by clicking the +/- button and remember to click 'Update' for the changes to be accepted and continue shopping
We strongly recommend that you check through your items upon delivery. If there are any missing items, please inform our delivery team member immediately or contact us at
We apologize for the out of stock product. While we do our best to ensure that all the products listed on are in stock, there will be instances where a product you ordered is unavailable (either partially or entirely) and we will contact you to suggest for a replacement (unless you selected "Substitute Only"). If you prefer not to have a replacement, you will only be charged for the items that are delivered to you.
Nearing your indicated delivery timeslot, your order is carefully packed and appropriately stored based on the product requirements. Delivery is done by dual compartment refrigerated trucks so that your products are delivered fresh.

If you are not 100% happy with your products, please email to us at within 7 DAYS OF YOUR DELIVERY DATE and we'll try to resolve this by either replacing a product or credit it back to your account.
All alcohol and tobacco products deliveries must be received by a person aged 18 years old & above.

We reserve the right to request for a valid photo ID to verify that the recipient is aged 18 years old & above. In the event where the recipient does not meet the lawful requirement, delivery shall be attempted at another time. An additional re-delivery fee of S$7.00 will be applicable.

Simply enter the code (CS10) in the Discount/Coupon box before checking out.

Once the code has been successfully redeemed, the total amount will be updated and reflected. If there are any issues, you will see a small box explaining the issue.

Do note that discount codes are not case-sensitive.


Cold Storage shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver products of acceptable quality to the delivery address (specified by the Customer on the registration form) within the time windows selected by the Customer. Cold Storage shall not be liable for any delays in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Cold Storage.

Cold Storage delivers only to addresses within mainland Singapore (including Sentosa Island). For deliveries to outlying islands and Jurong Island, please contact

A change of delivery address after is not permitted. If the delivery address needs to be changed after an order has been placed, you will have to cancel your current order and reorder using the new address. Cold Storage online reserves the right to charge customers for a cancellation fee of $7.00.

Please note if a delivery has been scheduled to the location at your chosen delivery slots, a cancellation fee or re-delivery fee will be chargeable at $7.00.
We store products in accordance with market standards and regulations as per AVA regulations. We carefully control the conditions in which your products are stored and transported, from the moment we picked the items till the time you receive them at your doorstep. Fresh items stay chilled and frozen items remain frozen.

Returns and Exchanges

We aim to make you satisfied with your order and will advise you to check your order immediately upon delivery. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please email to us at within 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER and we'll resolve the issue(s) immediately. Please leave the product in its original packaging should it be a product related issue.
