Peanut Granola with Peach Sorbet

Indulge in a sweet, crunchy peanut granola topped with refreshing peach sorbet. A perfect finishing dessert to your Chinese New Year feast.


Peach Sorbet:

  • 1kg Peaches
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Pc Limes
  • 1 Gingerflower
Peanut Granola:
  • 3 Cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • ½ Cup Peanuts
  • 1/3 Cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2/3 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • A Pinch Salt

Mint Oil

  • 250g Mint leaves
  • 450g Oil

Peach Sorbet

  1. Mince ginger flower and make a syrup with sugar and lime.
  2. Poach the peaches in the syrup till soft.
  3. Pick out the peaches and strain the syrup.
  4. Freeze the peaches with the syrup till hard(overnight)
  5. Blend the frozen peaches till smooth and place back into the freezer to set

Peanut Granola
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl.
  2. Spread on a tray lined with baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 160 degrees celsius for 30-40mins are until brown and crispy.
  4. Allow to cool and set aside.

Mint Oil
  1. Blanch and shock mint leaves. Blend till smooth in oil and sieve through cheesecloth.
  2. Chill.
