This single grain whisky was made with diverse unblended whisky brewing techniques and master craftsmanship developed over many years at the Chita Distillery in Aichi Prefecture. It features a light taste and delicately sweet fragrance.

CHITA HIGHBALL RECIPE


Ingredients:
30ml Chita Whisky
105ml Soda Water

Instructions:
1. Fill glass with large ice cubes
2. Add 30ml of Chita
3. Pour 105ml of soda water. Portion is 1 part chita : 3.5 soda water. Slowly and gently to prevent soda fizz from escaping fast when poured too quickly
4. Stir once and lift ice lightly. To garnish: Yuzu Peel/lemon peel/sancho leaf

Colour: Bright gold
Nose: Creme brulee, cardamom, acacia honey, blossoming rose
Palate: Mild and smooth, hint of mint, deep honey
Finish: Clean and clear, spiced oak with subtle bittersweet notes
