Koi FIsh Brand White Fungus Tonic Soup

Ingredients: Prunus, White Fungus, Polygonatum Odoratum, Figs, Honey Dates (*Wash all ingredients with clean water before use)

Cooking Instructions:

Option 1 (for savoury soup): Soak white fungus in water for 2 hours. Place all ingredients in 1.5 litres of water with 300g of meat to double boil for 2 hours. Add salt to taste. Ready to serve.

Option 2 (as dessert): Soak white fungus in water for 2 hours. Place all ingredients in 1.5 litres of water and boil for 2 hours. Add sugar to taste. Ready to serve.

Storage: For freshness, keep refrigerated.
