Quick & Healthy Avocado Breakfast

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 avocados
  • 1 lime
  • 12 soft dates, stoned
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup yogurt

Optional toppings: granola, dark chocolate, mix nuts, bee pollen, cacao nibs, nut butter

COOKING METHOD
  1. Blend avocados, lime juice and zest, chopped dates and vanilla together till smooth.
  2. Take out half portion and blend the other half with frozen berries.
  3. Layer a jar with alternating lime mousse, yogurt and berry mousse.
  4. Top with desired options.
