Conventional Oven Heating (Foil Method)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove from plastic seal and wrap tightly in foil with breast down or place in a roaster with a cover. Heat for approximately 1 ¼ to 1 ¾ hours. Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
Baking Bag Method
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove from plastic seal. Place in baking bag with breast down, close bag and tie, and make 2-3 slits in top of bag. Place in a roaster. Heat for approximately 1 to 1½ hours
Banjo Shoulder Bone-In Ham 2.8KG
To reheat, set the oven to 165°C. Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan. Add water to the bottom of the pan and cover tightly with foil. Bake at 165°C for approx. 30 mins per kg of ham.Heat ham to an internal temperature of 60°C, as measured with a meat thermometer.
Ribeye Roast Beef Rosemary and Garlic 1.3KG
Set the oven to 140°C. Wrap the beef in a foil sheet and transfer onto grill pan into the oven. If possible place a 2nd pan with some water below the grill/pan of the beef (this will help prevent the beef from drying out too much). Use a meat thermometer, and remove beef from oven when core temperature is 60°C (if reheated until hot throughout, the meat will become tough). If you do not have a meat thermometer, approx time is 20 - 30 mins per kg of beef.
