Smoked Turkey. Rubbed With: Salt, Garlic, Dextrose, Onion, Black Pepper, Ground Sesame Seed, Lemon Juice Powder, Red & Green Pepper, Curry, Spices, Chardonnay Wine. Cured With: Water, Salt, Dextrose, Sodium Phosphate, Sugar, Hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite, Vanilla Powder, Natural & Artificial Flavours
1. Preheat Oven to 300°F (About 150°C).
2. Remove Turkey from the bag.
3. Bring to room temperature, wrap in foil, and warm in a preheated 300°F oven for approximately two hours (depending on oven power).
DO NOT OVERCOOK... Turkey is already cooked and all you want to do is heat; overheating or cooking will dry it out and make it tough and tasteless.
