Since 1912 the Osborn family have tended vines in McLaren Vale and now the characterful Chester is the 4th generation making their fabulous wines. Great for those who like ther full-flavoured, peppery Shiraz.

Tasting Notes:
Deep black fruits with crushed black peppercorn and liquorice notes. Full-bodied with ripe tannins and a long, spicy finish.

Pairing:
Great with spicy red meat dishes, such as Szechuan beef.
